Coach is a true professional who not only teaches with skill and dedication but also inspires the kids. The atmosphere in class is positive, respectful, and motivating. Children feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow both physically and mentally.

I discovered WK Taekwondo Schaumburg completely by chance. That day, I took my daughter to her ballet class nearby. While waiting for her lesson to finish, my son and I walked around to explore the area and right next door was WK Taekwondo Schaumburg. We decided to step in, and Mr. Adam kindly welcomed us.
After a short conversation, my son was offered a free trial class. He loved it from the very first lesson! I decided to enroll him at WK Taekwondo, and since then, I’ve seen a remarkable transformation in him, from physical strength to self-confidence.
I’m truly grateful to Mr. Adam, Mr. John, and the entire staff at WK Taekwondo School. They not only help students, including my son, build strength, martial arts skills, and self-defense, but also teach them many valuable life lessons.

Me and my husband joined a few months ago and have had an overall amazing and fun time! Master Adam and the other instructors are so passionate and kind and they are amazing teachers to both the children and us adults. I've taken other martial arts classes where the instructors are intimidating and unwelcoming and that is not the experience at this school at all. I have felt supported since day one and it has been a great way to be active and lose weight.

My daughter just started here couple weeks ago. She loves Master Adam and the other teachers in her class and loves going to her class. They are very good with working with children and teaching them discipline while helping with them their confidence. Every time they are working on a skill, the teachers are always so encouraging and making sure that students feel seen.
Their app also makes it super easy to book classes and change if I need to. They also offer a free trial class if you don't want the commitment right away. Worth giving them a try!

WK Martial Arts came to my daughter’s daycare, The Goddard School, to offer trial classes and she absolutely loved them. Her favorite part was the graduation ceremony where the kids get to break a board — it made her feel so proud and excited. We decided to register her after the trial, and it has been a great experience so far. The masters are very attentive to the children and truly engaged during the classes, making sure each child feels encouraged and involved.

My son started his teakwondo journey 2 months ago. He was very hesistant to join any after school activities since he is kind of shy boy but his friends made him sign up to WK Teakwondo Schaumburg. From the first day he's enjoying it so much! Master Adam and his Team made this place truly enjoyable. Kids learn not only martial arts skills there, but also how to be the best version of themselves. Way to go, WKT Schaumburg! I only regret we didn't start earlier!
I also joined training there recently with their Parents Transformation Challenge course and I must say it was best the thing happened! They are very supportive, patient and motivating for every student and it's a lot of fun for adults too. I love the atmosphere there! We absolutely love this taekwondo school. My son has been in therapy since he was two and struggled with shyness, self-advocacy, and following directions. Since starting taekwondo, his confidence has grown so much. He’s come out of his shell and made amazing progress with following directions, even though it can still be challenging at times.
Because of the positive impact on my son, I decided to join as well—and I love it. I look forward to my two classes every week. The instructors, especially John and Cole, are incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. They truly step in and help when needed. Truly amazing experience. I highly, highly recommend this school.

We signed my daughter Iris up in WK to help build her confidence in herself. What made us choose WK was the welcoming and cheerful atmosphere. We recently started our 4-year-old son at WK Taekwondo, and the experience has been wonderful. He’s naturally a shy child, so we were a little nervous about how he would adjust, but the instructors made him feel comfortable right away. He already seems right at home there.
One thing I really appreciate is the parent involvement. It’s such a smart approach, especially for younger kids who need that extra comfort and encouragement while they build confidence.
What truly stands out, though, are the instructors. They are incredibly kind, patient, and supportive, while still keeping the kids focused and on track. It’s honestly amazing to watch. They guide the children so smoothly that corrections never feel harsh or embarrassing. The kids just naturally move into the right behavior without even realizing they were being redirected.
They strike a beautiful balance of being warm, gentle, and encouraging, while also clearly showing strength, discipline, and leadership. These are exactly the kinds of role models I want around my son.
We’re very happy we found WK Taekwondo.

My daughter joined Schaumburg WK Martial arts in July 2025 when she was 11 and has been attending the Teens & Adults classes twice a week since then. She was a bit unsure at first, but quickly felt comfortable thanks to the welcoming and supportive environment. The atmosphere here really stands out! It feels warm, respectful, and encouraging. Over the past months we’ve seen her grow not just physically, but also in confidence and focus. She genuinely enjoys coming to class, which says a lot. We’ve been here since they opened about a month ago, and WK Taekwondo has been an amazing experience for our boys (age 6 and 10). It’s super easy to schedule (and reschedule) classes to fit our needs. Each kid gets treated individually and with careful attention, and most of all the kids have fun while learning skills that will help them grow into respectful, disciplined, and happy adults. We’ve been looking for our boys to do an activity/sport that is not necessarily team based or seasonal (they already play soccer), and this taekwondo studio is just what we needed. Five stars to Master Adam and WK Taekwondo!

We had trouble deciding where to sign our kids up for martial arts and we're so glad WKTS opened up near us. So far it's been nothing but a positive experience! The kids really enjoy the sessions and their Coaches/Masters. This is a place I can see positively effecting the growth of our kids.
