Age Requirement
By using this website and opting in to receive SMS communications, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
SMS Service Terms
WK Martial Arts provides class reminders, promotional offers, and school updates to opted-in members and prospective students.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (847) 287-6810. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at wk@schaumburgmartialarts.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Class Registration & Payment
Class enrollment, tuition, and payment terms will be provided at the time of registration. All fees are subject to the agreement entered into at enrollment.
Conduct & Liability Waiver
Participation in martial arts training involves inherent physical risk. Students and guardians agree to follow safety guidelines and instructor direction. A signed liability waiver is required prior to participation.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of WK Martial Arts and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This website and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WK Martial Arts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
